Today is the deadline for Delegate Poling to decide to bring HB 4442 to the House of Delegates for a vote. How unfortunate that the proposed legislature to provide our public schools with AEDs will die today. Hopefully, it doesn't take someone in our beautiful state of West Virginia dieing to understand the importance of this life saving equipment.
The Education Committee needs to hear from us! AEDs save lives and should be considered just as essential as fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. YOU may need one someday! Please contact Delegate Poling asap by emailing her at mary.poling@wvhouse.gov.
